Basically you will pay for each visitor who clicks on a link to visit your site. This is far and away the fastest way to get targeted traffic to your site. The downside is that you do have to pay for it. However if you know what you are doing you can get traffic for a very reasonable rate. Provided your site converts properly you should have no trouble making money from the paid traffic.
